Join our Corporate Realty Services team and gain hands-on experience in managing real estate operations across a nationwide retail network of 260+ branches and 4 centralized sites. In this role, you’ll support the Director of Realty Services and collaborate with specialists, project managers on leasing, maintenance, construction, and administrative tasks. What You’ll Do: Coordinate site maintenance requests and monitor the Realty Services inbox. Assist with lease obligations, expense reconciliation, and payment processing. Support new branch builds, refurbishments and relocations. Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal teams. Maintain detailed property records for future renovations and warranties. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Real Estate/Facility Management (preferred). Experience in property management or realty services is an asset. Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills; detail-oriented and organized. Excellent communication skills in English and French. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality. Why Join Us?
