We are looking for Inclusive Child Care Workers (ICCW) to join our multi-disciplinary team to work with children birth – 19 years of age. The ICCW would use family-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approaches to provide support, intervention, and monitoring.
The position is temporary and can be either full-time or part-time.
Wage: $21.00-$28.00

Qualifications:
Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and/or Special Needs Educator (SNE) certification or an Early Childhood Education Assistant certification (ECEA)
Responsible Adult certification (minimum)
One-to-three-years work experience in inclusive child care settings
CCLR approved First aid certificate
Additional Requirements:
Available Monday to Friday, and be able to work flexible hours as needed
A criminal record check clearance letter
Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities:
Support the inclusion of one or more children in a child care program implementing strategies outlined in the child’s support/care plan.
Adherence to child care centre policies and regulations.
Maintaining child records, including observation notes and monthly progress reports
Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
