We are looking for a Product Trainer, reporting to the Director of Client Onboarding, to empower and educate financial institutions on our innovative software application. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, guiding them to effectively use and excel with our tools to meet their objectives. We seek enthusiastic team players who are constantly looking for ways to grow and enhance their skills. What You’ll Do: Lead Training Sessions: Schedule and deliver engaging online software training for banks and credit unions. Manage Timelines & Projects: Ensure deadlines are met while handling multiple training projects simultaneously. Be the Expert: Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries and tailor training plans to meet their needs. Stay Current: Keep up with product updates, financial regulations, and industry trends. Create & Maintain Resources: Develop internal documentation and training materials for ongoing use. Collaborate & Build Relationships: Work cross-functionally and seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. What You'll Bring 3–5 years training on software applications or as a professional educator; banking industry experience required. Post-secondary in IT, Business, Adult Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to confidently deliver training to groups online and in person. Strong, professional, and articulate communication abilities. Passion for learning, teaching, and mastering complex software; adaptable to changing business needs. Previous experience training B2B customers on software applications is an asset. This position will be located in St. John's or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in-office), subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
