About The Job
Lead with Personality: Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture through excellent communication and a hands-on management style.
Elevate the Guest Experience: Engage with guests, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
Master the Details: Oversee daily operations including inventory management, ordering supplies, bar line checks, creation of different syrups and infusions , spec and quality control and ensuring compliance with company, all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Drive Creativity & Profit: Master and lead the perfect shifts. Collaborate on creating and updating innovative drink menus seasonally, planning promotional events, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance and profitability.
About You
2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks
Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification
