Responsibilities
What your days look like as an Enterprise Sales Manager – Mining Sector Canadian:
Develop business development strategies to support company growth.
Develop and implement action plans in line with corporate objectives.
Build and maintain good relationships with current and future customers.
Participate in the preparation of bids and the signing of contracts.
Promote the company's image by participating in various charitable and community activities.
Develop and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with our major customers in Canada or with a group of customers to meet and exceed individual and team revenue, volume and profit targets for the various customer, port and product segments.
Lead and manage all business development and regional marketing activities, as well as relationships between our supply chain partners and stakeholders in Canada.
See to all aspects of the customer relationship, including strategic development of sales opportunities, as well as tactical issues, including but not limited to forecasting, billing and customer service.
Update and maintain all sales pipeline activity in the company's CRM system and submit monthly and occasional reports on sales activity in the region to management.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily in the Canadian region, but also elsewhere in North America.
Qualifications
To be successful as an Enterprise Sales Manager – Mining Sector you must have:
Have a relevant academic background in: administration, marketing, sales.
Have a minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years’ experience in a similar position.
Be bilingual (oral and written). Given the diversity of our team and the need to communicate with local, pan-Canadian, and international clients and partners, proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
Knowledge of Pipedrive (Asset).
