Direct Teams – Provide overall direction to ensure project goals, safety, and
contract schedules are met Communication & Collaboration – Effectively
communicate with front-line leaders, ensuring contract requirements are
successfully executed Operational Oversight – Monitor performance metrics (cost,
schedule, safety, quality, environment) and guide teams to achieve them
Strategic Planning – Assist in schedule development, resource allocation, and
execution plans to ensure project success Coaching & Mentorship – Support
front-line leaders with training and development to enhance team performance
Health & Safety Leadership – Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring
compliance with Ledcor’s HS&E standards and OH&S regulations Budget & Financial
Oversight – Review financial reports and implement strategies to achieve targets
Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure contract and regulatory compliance,
including collective agreement administration Fleet & Asset Management – Assist
in planning, capital purchases, and implementing improvement strategies for
effective asset utilization Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in highway
maintenance, infrastructure, bridge maintenance, or construction in a
supervisory role Technical training or trade certification in a related field is
an asset Experience managing bridge and highway projects is an advantage Strong
knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards Proven
planning, scheduling, and leadership skills Experience with continuous
improvement processes (ISO or other management systems) is preferred
Understanding of quality management principles (QA/QC) Work Conditions:
Preference for candidates based in Northern BC or Fort Nelson - relocation may
be considered Work is site based, primarily outdoors in various weather
conditions Some on-call, shift work, and night shifts required to respond to
weather events Cost of living allowance Compensation $88000 - $121,000 annually

determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge,
