Your Impact
As part of our highly recognized, award-winning Investor Relations team, you’ll play a key role in how we communicate our story to the global investment community. Your work will help shape investor perceptions, strengthen relationships with analysts and shareholders, and ensure our leadership team is equipped with the insights and preparation they need. From coordinating high-stakes meetings to supporting quarterly reporting, you’ll be central to keeping our IR function running smoothly and strategically.
What the Role Offers
Drive investor outreach by conducting targeted calls and sending meeting opportunities to key investors.
Coordinate meetings and engagements with buy-side, sell-side, and senior executives—joining discussions and ensuring accurate follow-up and record-keeping.
Support our investor CRM, tracking all interactions and maintaining a clear view of our engagement footprint.
Participate in quarterly reporting, helping coordinate webcasts, teleconferences, and website updates.
Prepare briefing packages so leadership is fully prepped for meetings, commitments, and travel.
Help plan and execute investor events, including conferences, roadshows, and virtual sessions.
Manage vendor invoices and purchase orders in SAP to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Coordinate travel logistics for the IR team.
Serve as the first point of contact, routing and managing inquiries to our Investor Relations mailbox.

What You Need to Succeed
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
A university degree or college diploma.
2+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Investor Relations, or Corporate Access.
A strong understanding of how capital markets work.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and analytical abilities—comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment.
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Bonus: experience with data analytics, Excel macros, or a programming language.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential for extension or full-time employment upon successful completion. The role follows a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our Waterloo, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, or Downtown Toronto office
