Pinnacle Animal Hospital is a small-animal practice seeking a highly motivated Veterinary Technician to join our team. Located in Renfrew, the surrounding area offers affordable living, access to a wide range of outdoor activities, and is just a short drive from Ottawa, the capital city.
Our general practice handles a diverse caseload, including urgent care and rehabilitation services. We pride ourselves on being there for our clients and their pets when they need us most.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering professional veterinary services in alignment with hospital policies and the highest standards of the veterinary technician profession. Responsibilities will be carried out with honesty, diligence, and ethical integrity. This role requires versatility, as the technician may be asked to support various administrative and operational needs. The candidate will work closely with a dedicated team and report to the Practice Manager.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who has:
A Veterinary Technician Diploma or equivalent accredited licensing
Passed the VTNE or is committed to writing the VTNE within 12 months
Confidence in triaging health and injury concerns
A passion for monitoring surgical cases
