About the role:
The IT Support role involves providing timely assistance with hardware, software, and cloud-based tools to ensure smooth operations and user access. This includes troubleshooting platforms, managing user accounts and devices, and supporting both remote and in-office teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, basic networking knowledge, and proficiency in remote support tools, all while ensuring system stability and seamless operations across teams.
What you’ll be doing:
Technical Support
Provide responsive support for hardware, software, networking, and remote access issues.
Troubleshoot user problems within Applied Epic, HubSpot, Zoom, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other cloud tools.
Support brokers and remote workers with connectivity, workflow access, and device reliability.
Assist with identifying small data inconsistencies and escalating larger issues when needed
User Access and Setup
Create, modify, and manage accounts across Microsoft 365, Zoom, Epic, HubSpot, and related systems.
Set up new employee and broker devices including configuration, permissions, and MFA.
Maintain clean access controls and ensure users have the right tools for their roles.
System Stability and Operations
Perform routine checks to ensure smooth operation of core systems.
Update internal documentation, guides, and troubleshooting steps.
Support process updates, including new integrations and system changes.
Log and track all tickets with clear notes and resolutions.
Collaboration
Work with the external IT team to streamline support, reduce recurring issues, and improve user experience.
Support small projects involving Epic workflow changes, Zoom routing, HubSpot permissions, or cloud tools.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users, including brokers.
What we need you to bring:
Minimum College or University level Degree/Undergraduates Degree or comparable experience.
Comfortable working with computers, web applications, and common tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with an IT ticketing system.
Strong comfort with cloud applications and modern support tools
Familiarity with or willingness to learn Applied Epic, HubSpot, and Zoom platforms.
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is an asset.
