Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Campaign Service Executive to support our Vancouver Retail Sales Team. In this role, you will oversee the collection, review, and management of artwork files for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. Working with a fast-paced team of 14 Account Executives, you will ensure all creative materials are accurate, complete, and ready for production. This is a client-facing role focused on strong communication, technical accuracy, and ensuring campaigns remain on schedule. It is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys structure, and takes pride in delivering flawless campaign execution.
What you'll do...
· Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding artwork submission, specifications, templates, and deadlines.
· Collect incoming artwork files and ensure they meet technical requirements for print, transit, and digital OOH formats.
· Review and pre-flight artwork files for accuracy, layout, resolution, and compliance with Pattison standards.
· Communicate clearly with clients and Account Executives when files require revisions or formatting adjustments.
· Maintain organized documentation for deadlines, approvals, file versions, and campaign readiness.
· Track artwork submissions and follow up on missing or late materials to keep campaigns on schedule.
· Support Account Executives with artwork-related client updates, timelines, and file management.
Who you are...
· 2–4 years of experience in artwork coordination, pre-press, print preparation, or advertising operations (OOH experience an asset).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
· Strong understanding of artwork requirements, file formats, color profiles, bleeds, and resolution standards.
· Excellent communication skills with a client-friendly, service-oriented approach.
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot artwork issues efficiently.
