What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a contract Client Support and Fulfillment Coordinator within our Buyatab division. This position falls under our Prepaid line of business and is a remote position based in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality service to card partners and customers by providing ongoing support. You will work directly with our clients and buyers to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time, supporting the strategic growth of their programs. You will report directly to the Director and Manager of B2B and regularly collaborate with sales, marketing, brand partnerships, finance, and technology teams.

As a Client Support and Fulfillment Coordinator, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Working directly with internal and external partners to provide account support, problem resolution, research, and analysis
Supporting account maintenance, order processing, user security, report generation, reconciliation, funding, and billing
Responding quickly to inbound emails and chat requests
Utilizing tools to track appointments and manage priorities
Processing customer requests with efficiency and minimal assistance
Training customers on functionality and identifying setup changes as needed
Identifying process issues and suggesting/implementing solutions
Mastering complex back-office processing and proactively interpreting, acting upon, and updating data
Acting as liaison across cross-functional teams
Collaborating with Finance and Tech teams on projects and initiatives
Reviewing and fulfilling large purchase orders, including activation, recording, reporting, and tracking
Improving the customer journey and streamlining the brand experience
Acting as an internal resource for associate questions and escalations
Completing special projects or assisting other departments as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2–4 years of customer service experience in a related field
Must be located in Canada and willing to work Central Standard Time hours
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and Word
Experience using CRM applications such as Jira, Salesforce or Service Cloud
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to streamline processes and work cross-functionally
Superior customer service skills with ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $50,000-$60,000.
