In this role you’ll find yourself doing these tasks:
Assist with the Triage Board to ensure new tickets are processed and assigned efficiently.
Answer client phone calls and emails as needed.
Install, upgrade, or remove hardware both onsite and on the bench.
Ensure the bench is clean and fully stocked.
Keep the recycling and system retirement area clean and organized.
Perform basic backup and antivirus (AV) management.
Conduct basic endpoint maintenance checks.
Set up new user profiles and computers.
Document processes and updates in tickets or Daxtech’s information repository.
Troubleshoot common client issues, such as:
Password resets.
Outlook/phone mailbox setup.
Local app and profile troubleshooting.
Slow computer reviews.
Junk filter configurations (whitelisting and releasing false positives).
Basic printer troubleshooting.
Provide onsite support to resolve issues, including:
New workstation deployments.
Connectivity issues.
Desk setups and cleanups.
Small network device installations.
Remote hands assistance for other technicians.

Must Have:
Professional experience and personal experience with computers and troubleshooting is necessary.
A strong understanding of basic troubleshooting and customer service skills.
A passion for problem-solving and a drive to grow professionally.
