Job Description What is the opportunity? By applying for this position, you are applying to multiple marketing roles within the RBC Marketing Team. Potential marketing roles include support for: Youth & Young Adults, Cards, Loyalty, Investments, and more. In the role, you will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, and will work closely with a highly specialized team of marketers, agency partners & business partners to deliver innovative campaigns and programs. You will help with the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and other critical business results. What will you do? Help support the creation of engaging marketing campaigns, leverage your creativity & innovative thinking by contributing to the planning & delivery of enterprise-wide marketing initiatives Support the marketing team in the execution of various marketing campaigns, content, advisor support tasks including, but not limited to: Working with internal teams & agency partners to support creative process (development, review etc.) Ensure campaign execution timelines are met and all components are deployment-ready in a timely fashion Review in-market components and provide point of view on improvements Act as a partner to and liaise with internal business partners Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processes Provide strong marketing governance, including assisting with monthly reporting cycle and related account reconciliations and standards of documentation What do you need to succeed? Must-have Currently enrolled in (and returning to) a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in marketing, communications, psychology, sociology, or other related discipline Strength in working collaboratively within teams Excellent interpersonal & highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) Strong project management & organizational skills & ability to multi-task A basic understanding of external marketing channels A strong desire to learn while moving projects forward Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Nice-to have Ability to proactively analyze results & provide thoughts on how to improve campaigns Curious & Creative Passion for learning & innovating Please note: In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either: Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully What’s in it for you?
