About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst, Senior AVP within our Global Liquidity & Payments business. This role is for a vacancy in our Toronto office. In this role, you will: Be part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Management sales team. Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities as part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Management Sales team Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Prepare complex client-focused customized sales proposals, reviews and cost benefit analysis Provide subject matter expertise in Canadian and cross border treasury management processes to partners Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing, pricing inspections and annual price reviews Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements Monitor and drive portfolio growth by reviewing key financial indicators and trends monthly Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Design and deliver training programs based on their assessment of staff needs and business operations demands Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications: Experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge and experience of US and Canadian Treasury Management products and services Experience working with international treasury/banking solutions Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment Job Expectations: Ability to occasionally travel within Canada and the USA (1/2 times per year) This position offers a hybrid work scheduled but must be able to work on-site at the listed location for the designated in-office days This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
