We are looking to hire a Live-in Building Manager in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This is a full-time position that would be a great fit for someone who likes to keep active and engaged.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning/Maintenance
Ensure cleanliness of common areas, corridors, stairwells and elevators
Prepare suites for new residents
Perform minor maintenance throughout the building
Coordinate with contractors for additional maintenance projects
Grounds maintenance including: salting sidewalks and minor snow removal on walkways
Tenant Relations/Administrative
Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively
Maintain positive relations with tenants
Show suites to prospective tenants
Collect and record incoming rents
Assist with move-in and move-out process
Maintain building logs
General
Follow an "on-call" schedule
Stock control and inventory counts
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
Proven experience completing regular maintenance
Sense of urgency
Ability to build positive tenant relationships
Strong communication with tenants and management
