JOURNEYMAN MILLWRIGHT : Pipefitter : Welder : Machinist : Boilermaker

Dual Tickets are encourage. Maintenance day shifts, Monday to Friday with overtime available.
Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment
Fitting bearings, aligning gears and shafts, motor repair, coupling and belt connections
Testing and optimization of equipment
Repair and maintain industrial plant equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, high pressure autoclave seals, and heat exchangers
Read and interpret diagrams and service manuals as required
Troubleshooting activities as required
Machine assembly, blueprint reading, process pump rebuilding
Bearing fitting, gears and shaft alignment, and drive systems maintenance
Basic machine shop and welding duties
Provide equipment recommendations
Ability to use precision measurement tools and testing equipment
Piping replacement installation
We expect
A Journeyman Millwright certificate or equivalent interprovincial Red Seal as recognized by the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board
Previous experience working in a refinery, gas plant, manufacturing plant or industrial site
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently or with a small team
Ability to work overtime
