YOUR ROLE: You will play a crucial role by helping our merchants and internal customers with various administrative tasks: Process incoming mail quickly and accurately, ensuring it is delivered correctly. Help maintain customer files by updating information. Review requests from merchants and internal customers via an electronic request list and provide assistance as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Help update customer information in the system. Review and provide support for customer email inquiries. Oversee the daily production of exception reports and make the necessary corrections (or assign the task). Update procedure documentation. WHAT YOU NEED: A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service and/or administrative role. Fluency in English and French required to provide customer support across Canada. Basic experience with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
