The Development and Quality Assurance Practices and Frameworks Department is looking for a Jira and Confluence specialist, with knowledge of the collaborative and tracking components of these tools, to work with our collaboration experts to strengthen the team and meet the growing demand for our services. We're looking for a team player who's comfortable working in an Agile team, who can deftly manage situations with multiple stakeholders, and who's adaptable and committed. More specifically, you will be required to : Ensure our collaboration platforms are consistent, structured and configured appropriately (Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management) Help clients use the collaboration tools and promote best practices Document and provide support on product features Help monitor potential changes to our products Help implement development targets, in accordance with security and enterprise architecture positions Identify and recommend new applications and integrations to better support the development workflows and boost productivity Participate in a governance committee to update our templates and practices.
