Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Earl's PHARMACY in Saskatoon, SK.

Position Details:
32-40 hrs./week; Hours: General shift is 8:30-5:30 or 9:00-6:00 Monday-Friday and also includes a weekend rotation (approx. 1/month), with off-setting days off during the week when this happens.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6pm, NO WEEKENDS – NO STATUTORY HOLIDAYS!
Resident Focused Care Responsibilities:
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy and actively contributing to relationship building with residents, families and nursing staff and other allied health care professionals at our long-term care facilities. The Pharmacist will play a key role in clinical care for residents including:
Annual resident interdisciplinary care conferences
Quarterly medication reviews
Weekly hospice rounds with physician
Leading offsite vaccination clinics
Consulting with nursing staff to build drug therapy regimens for complex disease states
Answer questions from residents and families related to drug therapy
Providing education seminars to nursing staff on various health topics
Annual medication reviews (SMAPs and mental health medication reviews)
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Kroll
Experience working in a retail environment
Experience working with long-term care, geriatric or palliative patients would be considered an asset
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
