As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to home renovations. You help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients in your sector. You drive results by handling unusual or special requests from clients and promoting and selling specialized services that meet their needs. You ensure client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You help analyze clients’ needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers. You assist current and potential clients, represent the organization and provide upstream support for renovations. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to: Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention. Advise members and clients on their renovation projects and handle requests, select contractors, analyze issues, research solutions and make recommendations. Make overall observations, identify gaps and opportunities and make appropriate recommendations regarding selected contractors and quotes. Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions. Help identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in your unit’s operations and processes. Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
