We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Parts Manager to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities at our Crown Toyota dealership.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean maintaining an orderly department and ensuring that inventory is just-in-time and maintaining consistent stock levels and understanding how the Parts Department runs within the dealerships.
Responsibilities:
Receive parts orders and verify against shipping documents
Schedule delivery for wholesale orders
Process parts orders received via email, phone, or collision program
Take payment for wholesale orders prior to shipping
Handle phone, email, and in-person interactions with retail customers
Ability to explain benefits of OEM parts
Interact with retail, wholesale, and internal customers
Perform inventory on-hand checks, corrections. Correct negative on hands
Track core charges and follow up for return
Fulfill parts requests from technicians and forward to service advisor with price and availability
Follow up an verifies invoices, customer accounts, claims and credits to ensure accuracy
Respond to email, phone, fax inquiries in a timely manner
Handles customer complaints
Cooperates on keeping parts department clean and organized
Requirements:
1- 3 years in a parts advisor role
1-2 years leadership experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
Proficient in computer skills
Highly motivated
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday
