We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk (Level 3) to provide short-term administrative support to a technical operations team. This role focuses on program assistance, records management, and processing licenses, certificates, and financial documentation. The position is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment and can work independently while following established procedures.
Tasks
Provide administrative support to operational and program-specific activities
Assist with program compliance and documentation requirements
Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic records for accuracy and accessibility
Process transactional documents such as licenses, certificates, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Perform accurate data entry into internal systems while maintaining confidentiality
Handle routine public inquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensure all work complies with organizational policies, privacy legislation, and records management standards
Requirements
High school diploma (Grade 12) with 2–3 years of related administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong data entry skills (minimum 40+ WPM)
Experience with filing systems and basic bookkeeping or financial documentation
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under general supervision
Prior public sector or government-related experience is considered an asset
