Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Building strong customer relationships and deliver solutions
Ensure a customer contact program is in place and service standards are being met
Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members
Market analysis and input into marketing strategies
Administrative duties
Oversee and execute sales strategies
Who you are:
You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in agriculture or related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
You have 3-6 years of experience in Ag Sales or related sales
You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
You have proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written
You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
