These positions have been created in an effort to proactively recruit staff to Prince Albert Victoria Hospital in advance of operationalizing the capital build. As such, this position will be a float position for an interim period of time and will be floated to other units in accordance with an LOU agreed to between the SHA and CUPE Local 5430. The position will at some later date and with appropriate notice be transferred to Inpatient Surgical Unit upon operationalization of the capital build.
