About your next Challenge as a Mechanical Engineering Technician:
What will you do:
Create 3D models for new assemblies
Convert drawings from a 3D model into the proper format with required dimensioning
Create new assemblies and fabricated parts using CAD tools
Create Bill of Material (BOM)
Required Skills and Experiences:
Technical degree in mechanical drafting or other related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar areas.
Knowledge of mechanical CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor and CREO).
Knowledge of electrical CAD tools (Zuken) an asset.
Must be detail-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
