About the team

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field
A master's degree (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH) is considered a value-add when it brings added depth of specialization
Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems and governance structures, including provincial ministries
Exposure to clinical information systems (Epic, Cerner), especially where it supports understanding of clinical workflows, implementation, or optimization
Experience or exposure to hospital operations, particularly in diagnostics, pharmacy, professional practice, or clinical leadership settings
Insight into health service planning, financial modeling, or operational analysis in healthcare contexts
Bilingualism (French and English)
