As we grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team, someone who's passionate about building brand presence and driving sales across both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. Internship Overview:The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with our CEO and Community Manager to enhance our digital presence. You will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving our search engine rankings, and using analytics tools to track and improve the performance of digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a passion for digital marketing and an interest in data-driven strategy. Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic to the website. Optimize website content for search engines (meta descriptions, title tags, alt text, etc.).

Collaborate with the content team to implement on-page SEO strategies. Monitor and report on the performance of SEO efforts, identifying areas for improvement. Google Analytics \& Performance TrackingSet up and manage Google Analytics dashboards to track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and user behavior.

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommend optimizations for the website and marketing campaigns. Assist in implementing Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels for paid campaigns. Support the team in optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) through performance analysis.

Help design and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing. Monitor competitors' online presence and contribute ideas for improving Enya Mond's digital strategies. Provide SEO insights to improve blog posts, product descriptions, and social media content.

Assist in planning and implementing content for digital campaigns that align with SEO and user engagement goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. Desired Skills \& QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of SEO principles and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting optimized content. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
