OverviewWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media channels, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility on search engines.
Monitor social media channels for trends and audience feedback; engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
Proofread content for accuracy and consistency before publication.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator) for content creation.
Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail; strong proofreading abilities are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and an eagerness to learn new skills.
