I've been working with customers for 10 years as a System and Network Administrator. This experience has given me a deep understanding of users' needs and expectations, as well as empathy for the technical solution to be provided.
Subsequently, my role as stock manager highlighted the essential requirement for MCO and level 3 support.
This career path has given me a global view, enabling me to work in positions focused on service, business application administration, asset management, IT projects, project management and customer-supplier relations, with a constant focus on quality and efficiency.
