I have 25 years of experience in P&L management of construction design (frome preliminary design to shopdrawings) and in managing multi-site and multicultural engineering teams. I am comfortable with activities of up to €45 million and 450 employees, in contexts of growth, decline, turnaround and restructuring, in France and internationally, in all construction trades.
