• Organisational design and launch of Grid Services for the maintenance of high voltage networks, delivering a three-fold increase in annual turnover.
• Reset of the commercial relationship between GE and the 3Bn$ Dangote Group across all of its activities. Result: a 200% increase of order intake for the 650,000 bbpd Dangote Refinery Project covering power island, process trains, software and rotating equipment.
• Establishment of a 400M$ B2B sales network for 21 countries covering all export volumes from ArcelorMittal steel mills, growing market share and optimising market prices.
• Played a key role in ArcelorMittal's expansion in the downstream steel sector through M&A and greenfield investment projects across Europe, Middle East and South America.
• Successfully implemented half a dozen ERP and Supply Chain transformation projects across UK, USA, France, Germany and Benelux as part of KPMG Consulting JD Edwards practice.
