I have gained expertise in financial products (medical insurance and banking) and strong leadership in a multicultural environment by implementing and managing centers of excellence in France and abroad with large internal responsibilities and wide coordination of third parties involved.
I have always worked in international environments requiring daily multi-department coordination (IT, Sales, Legal, HR, Internal Control, etc.) and I have acquired broad versatility through a range of operational and managerial skills which allow me to adapt in multicultural environments and technically complex. Among other skills, I have acquired strong knowledge in the culture and values of international organizations and NGOs through management of international medical plans.
I have also led numerous international activity migrations, taking care to maintain performance indicators at the expected level, in a pragmatic and resilient approach that I share with the team members.
