About
After spending 12 years in the duty-free and travel retail industry as an International Corporate Relations Manager, I developed strong skills in management, customer relationship, marketing, communication, and recruitment. While I greatly valued this international experience, I decided to return to my original academic background: psychology.
I then completed a two-year training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with complementary approaches such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), meditation, and neuroscience. I opened my private practice in Paris, where I support adolescents and adults facing anxiety disorders and eating disorders such as bulimia and binge eating.
In response to a growing demand, I deepened my expertise by earning a university diploma in the psychology of eating behaviors. This allows me to offer tailored, compassionate care to individuals seeking emotional stability and a healthier relationship with food.
Today, I combine my therapeutic expertise with my former corporate skills to provide structured, empathetic, and effective support. I would be thrilled to contribute my experience in Canada or work remotely with Canadian clients—a country I truly admire and feel deeply connected to.
I am able to conduct therapy sessions in both French and English, depending on individual needs.
