With a Master's degree in HR, I've Benn working as an HR generalist for 5 years.
I have acquired solid expertise in personnel administration, payroll management recruitment, and training organisation.
I've had the opportunity to work in progressive and demanding environments in companies with an international dimension.
I'm able to manage personnel administration from the onboarding to the offboarding. I can draft administrative and disciplinary correspondence. I've learnt how to manage the training plan (identify needs, making decisions based on the company's strategy, deployment and logistical follow-up).
My previous experience has given me the opportunity to learn about payroll management and recruitment.
Rigorous and good at interpersonal relations, I'm used to working with different people and acting as a link between managers, employees and service providers, while taking care to maintain the confidentiality of exchanges and data.
I'm currently looking for new HR opportunities.
