Challenger Sale) to refine pipeline management and improve success rates.
• Optimizing IT investments: cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment to maximize the return on
investment of technology projects.
• Sectors: strategic consulting in a wide range of sectors such as airlines, telecommunications,
banking/finance, smart cities, e-health, homeland security, government agencies and public administrations.
