I don’t just lead programs. I lead businesses – from NPI to AI, from factory floor to global service delivery. Across 25+ years and 50+ markets, I’ve learned that transformation only sticks when strategy, innovation, execution, and operations move as one – with customers at the center.
I’m Agnès Trad-Sleiman, a global executive and advisor known for leading bold, scalable impact across Customer Success, Services, Intelligent Operations and Digital Execution. I’ve operated at CCSO and COO-equivalent levels, owning €3.1B+ P&Ls and scaling global service portfolios across industries including Telecom, Energy, Transport, Agriculture, Industry 4.0, and Public Sector.
