I am an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years of expertise in the telecommunications and IT industries. Throughout my career, I have successfully led and delivered complex projects involving mobile network deployment (3G, 4G, 5G), infrastructure rollout (Core Network), and system migrations, both in France and internationally.
My background includes working for major players such as Orange, where I coordinated cross-functional teams, managed suppliers, and ensured client satisfaction. I have a strong ability to manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and I am used to working in both Agile and traditional environments.
Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, I am currently preparing for the PMP® certification to reinforce my project management expertise. My key skills include stakeholder management, risk analysis, contractual negotiation, and change management. I am also fluent in English and have a solid understanding of international project dynamics.
