About

I am about to start a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at ISCG Paris in October 2025 through a professional alternance program. Currently, I am seeking a professional contract (contrat de professionnalisation) to apply my skills and develop expertise in HR.
With 14 years of experience as an independent lawyer in Russia and a Master's degree in Law (recognized in France), I have developed strong expertise in labor law, conflict resolution, and legal drafting. I also bring 2 years of administrative and managerial experience.
I’m passionate about supporting people and organizations, and I'm currently transitioning to the HR field to align my legal background with modern HR practices.
