My name is Jihane Souni. I am a project manager with strong experience in digital transformation and innovation. I have a Master’s degree in Business Management and a specialized Master’s in Technological Management and Responsible Innovation from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
I have worked for more than two years in digital project management. At Steelcase, I led UX audits and improved the user journey on a B2B platform. I also coordinated operations such as logistics, reconditioning, and customer service. In other roles, I managed digital marketing projects, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
