Job Opportunity: Customer Service \& Relocation Support

Location: Little Italy, Ottawa, ON (100% onsite)

Pay: $20.50--$22.00/hr

Contract: 11 weeks to start, strong potential for extension

About Us:

We specialize in managing employee relocations, working with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and government clients. As part of Sirva, we provide expert relocation services with a supportive team environment.

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic call center, assisting clients with inquiries, planning relocations, and processing claims. Responsibilities include:

Providing customer support and relocation guidance
Conducting planning sessions to explain the moving process
Processing expense claims and data entry

What We Offer:

Pay starting at $21.00 per hour
A modern, open-concept office in a prime location
Fixed shifts: 8 AM--4 PM, 9 AM--5 PM, or 12 PM--8 PM (no shift swapping)

What You Need:

Customer service, administration, or related experience
Strong communication skills (fully bilingual in French and English)
