Job Opportunity: Customer Service \& Relocation Support
Location: Little Italy, Ottawa, ON (100% onsite)
Pay: $20.50--$22.00/hr
Contract: 11 weeks to start, strong potential for extension

We specialize in managing employee relocations, working with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and government clients. As part of Sirva, we provide expert relocation services with a supportive team environment.
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic call center, assisting clients with inquiries, planning relocations, and processing claims. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer support and relocation guidance
- Conducting planning sessions to explain the moving process
- Processing expense claims and data entry
