SCALE CULTURE & PEOPLE STRATEGY Translate business priorities into people strategy Shape and protect the culture by design. not default Run engagement rhythms (surveys, stay interviews, action plans) and act fast on feedback 3. BUILD SYSTEMS, NOT FLUFF Write HR policies that get read — and followed Keep us clean and compliant with employment law Maintain our HRIS and people data — accurate, real-time. 4. DRIVE PERFORMANCE Install simple, sharp performance cycles with measurable results Coach managers to lead. not manage Build L&D opportunities and encourage participation that are tied to create ROI. 5.
