Are you a tech-savvy, creative self-starter ready to be the face of an exciting new career college? DataWiz College is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Office Assistant to join our team! As a key part of our operations and marketing team, you'll play a vital role in supporting enrollment, maintaining program schedules, assisting with student/parent communications, and helping promote our cutting-edge programs in Data Science, AI, and Technology.

What You'll Be Doing: • Manage student enrollment and maintain course and program schedules • Engage professionally with parents, students, faculty, and government officials • Create and update content on our website (WordPress) • Design brochures, social media posts, and marketing materials • Assist in planning and executing events, open houses, and outreach campaigns • Help with day-to-day administration, documentation, and communications using Outlook and MS Office • Adapt to flexible work hours including evenings/weekends as needed

What We're Looking For: • A recent college/university graduate with strong communication and organization skills • Confident, professional, and well-presented to be the first point of contact for the college • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation • Quick learner, able to multitask and work independently in a startup environment • Tech-savvy -- Familiar with WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and social media • Passionate about education, innovation, and student success
