Job Description: PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior Project Manager, Technical Product is accountable for the successful execution of complex technology programs, platform implementations, and enterprise transformations across business units. This position ensures seamless delivery, system readiness, and technical alignment with business goals. The Technical Delivery Manager acts as a bridge between stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors to drive execution, manage technical risks, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and deployment-ready. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Oversees the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and status reporting. Acts as the Technology Product Manager for key technology products, overseeing product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management in alignment with organizational strategy. Leads cross-functional IT teams—including Architects, SMEs, Developers, QA Testers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, and Security—while managing communication with internal and external stakeholders. Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure projects meet quality standards, conduct quality checks, and implement necessary changes to maintain quality Collaborates with IT teams to document technical designs and facilitated design review sessions. Proactively removes delivery roadblocks and escalated issues for timely resolution. Ensures the development and execution of quality assurance test plans, overseeing QA activities as needed. Manages upstream and downstream integrations of the centralized Data Platform with systems such as CRM, ECM, Case Management, and Portals. Provides regular progress updates, deliverables, and timeline reports in accordance with FSRA project management methodology. Manages vendor relationships and deliverables in collaboration with program teams and business stakeholders. Develops comprehensive project management artifacts, including project charters, financial plans, business cases, project plans, and RAID logs. Prepares executive-level reporting materials for the Program Steering Committee, Leadership Team, and Working Groups. Delivers project objectives using Iterative, Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Defines project(s) scope, milestones, and tasks, and implemented mitigation plans for identified risks. Creates detailed project plans and ensured delivery teams remained unblocked and on track. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or a related field - or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent. Project Management and Product Manager certifications are considered an asset. Experience Over 7 years of experience successfully managing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Extensive experience leading technology initiatives with significant data components. Proven experience/expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Technical / Core Skills Track record of managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects with complex scopes and successful outcomes. A strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, and software development lifecycles Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements. Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with the flexibility to tailor approaches based on project needs. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; consistent delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders (including senior management, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors), manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals and progress. Relationship management skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of technology solutions; Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Skilled in analyzing complex problems and developing effective, data-driven solutions. Technical background in software development, experience in AI/ML platforms (e.g., Dataiku), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Azure, PHP, C#, React, and related technologies is considered an asset. *Please note that this position will close at 11:59PM on August 21, 2025* Job Posting End Date: 08/21/2025 Job postings close at 11:59pm on the date noted.
