Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Sales and Education Specialist for the Quebec City territory for a contractual full-time position. The Sales and Education Specialist is responsible for all aspects of driving and achieving sales targets at the point of sale within the assigned territory. This role supports the growth and development of Groupe Marcelle through account development, education, merchandising, events, goal-setting, and sales results achievement. The selected candidate will act as a brand ambassador for Groupe Marcelle by driving sales and brand awareness. WORK ENVIRONMENT Workplace: On the road (Quebec City region) Growing company. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE Increase sales at the point of sale within your designated territory Represent the company in a professional, polished, and customer-focused manner Fully own your territory by actively analyzing it based on national strategic plans to identify growth opportunities and meet/exceed POS targets Maximize promotional and new product launch sales Develop strong business relationships with beauty advisors, cosmetics managers, and store managers Have a natural ability to present and promote beauty products to clients due to your passion for all things beauty Maintain personal sales leadership and skills to boost retail sales and drive in-store consumer engagement Strengthen brand presence through diligent follow-up on merchandising and in-store visibility Follow up to ensure product knowledge is retained after online and in-store training sessions Actively participate in in-store sales initiatives and seek ways to achieve goals Conduct monthly business reviews with each store Motivate and train in-store beauty advisor teams Adhere to the strategic territory call cycle Follow our sales methodology and participate in progressive coaching to reach level 4 Lead retail banner activities, ensuring sales goals are met by planning, organizing, and implementing priorities Ensure optimal inventory for Lise Watier, Marcelle, and Annabelle products through diligent tracking Record, review, and share competitive product information gathered in-store consistently using provided tools Complete all field reports as instructed, in an organized and timely manner WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE Post-secondary education in business or a related field Experience in major pharmacies as a cosmetics department manager Experience in specialty retail (an asset) Strong business acumen and excellent communication and negotiation skills Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities Proven experience in skincare and cosmetics retail sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a sense of priority, able to drive results and execute territory plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint A reputation for maintaining positive relationships at all levels of retail sales staff AND IF YOU ARE Highly detail-oriented Teamwork-oriented Organized, autonomous, and proactive Capable of managing multiple priorities Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Responsible, with a keen sense of deadlines Skilled in analytical communication and confident in verbal and written presentations Experienced with PowerPoint presentations (an asset) The task and responsibilities listed above are summaries and indicatives.
