Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator, Merchandisig for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Director, Merchandising and Concept Development, the Logistics Coordinator, Merchandising plays a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of fixture programs across retail environments. This position is responsible for processing fixture orders, coordinating logistics and supporting the execution of store requests to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Workplace: 5600, Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal, Quebec in hybrid mode (minimum three (3) days a week in the office).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Coordinate the end-to-end fixture process for new store openings, remodels and special projects
Maintain up-to-date records of orders and deliveries
Maintain all new store documentation, including retailer specific documentation
Maintain accurate store records in internal systems
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align timelines and deliverables
Work closely with the Merchandising Buyer to manage inventory levels through store forecasting
Track fixture orders, shipments and installations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project schedules
Communicate project updates and resolve issues related to fixture and installer availability and delivery delays
Build routes with 3rd party installer to maximize service call locations and budget
Book third party installers via their portal according to retailer dates
Conduct weekly Vendor calls
Conduct post-installation audits to ensure flawless execution and capture learning for future requests
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
DEC or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required
Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, store planning or logistics coordination
Comprehensive understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with fixture installation an asset
