Job Description: What Your Day Looks Like

Welcoming clients to our showroom (in-person or virtually) and guiding them through our products;
Understanding their needs and helping them create custom outdoor solutions;
Responding to client inquiries and following up to ensure a smooth sales process;
Preparing and submitting budgetary estimates and official quotes;
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets;
Actively take part in various PR events related to our activities (real estate, luxury goods, design) and in Torontonian charities.
Building strong relationships with key industry contacts and referral partners;
Conducting site visits to gather project details (plans, photos, measurements);
Collaborating closely with the internal design team for special project validations;
Overseeing the project's progress from start to finish;
Sharing ideas and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
