Location: Remote (based in Canada)

Contract: Full-time (perm strongly preferred, contractor possible)

Salary: $55K to $85K base (depending on experience and fit with the job)

Commission: 8% to 28% of your billings + $4K-$6K bonus

Equity: Vesting possible if long-term alignment

You're perfect for this if

You've signed clients from cold - for real
You've done outbound business development successfully
You're 100% comfortable making 30+ calls a day
You like pressure, pace, and tracking your own pipe
You've already done successful Business Development in an agency setting
You already know how to cold call - if you've never picked up a phone, we're too far apart
