Your Role
You're not here to inherit a desk.
You're here to own it, build it, and scale it.
- Develop and grow a vertical (Tech, Sales, or Engineering)
- Expand and close business with our existing Canadian clients
- Open new accounts 100% outbound
- Drive full sales cycles from cold call to signed mandate
- Use our full stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ringover, FullEnrich, Jarvi, Monday)
- Track your activity and pipeline - pure visibility, zero politics
What you'll do:
- Own and grow a vertical (Construction / Tech / Sales / Engineering)
- Manage and expand existing Canadian clients
- Open new accounts from scratch - pure outbound
- Close mandates end-to-end
- Use our full stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ringover, FullEnrich, Jarvi, Monday)
- Track your performance - no micromanagement, full visibility
You're perfect for this if
- You've signed clients from cold - for real
- You've done outbound business development successfully
- You're 100% comfortable making 30+ calls a day
- You like pressure, pace, and tracking your own pipe
- You've already done successful Business Development in an agency setting
- You already know how to cold call - if you've never picked up a phone, we're too far apart

Compensation
- Base salary: $55K to $85K, depending on experience and alignment
- 8% to 28% commission on your billings (from $1 billed)
