Reports to: Managing Partner

Purpose of Role: The Director, Marketing will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for elevating the Firm's brand, enhancing its market presence, and driving business development initiatives across all service lines.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a Firm-wide marketing strategy that supports service line growth, client retention, and overall brand positioning.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital initiatives across all service lines.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and Service Line Leaders to create targeted marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Guide the development of thought leadership content, including articles, newsletters, videos, and presentations to showcase the Firm's expertise.
Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Oversee the Firm's digital presence, including the website, social media, SEO, and analytics reporting.
Oversee tracking of key marketing KPIs, evaluate performance metrics, and adjustment to optimize ROI.
Direct and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Manage vendor relationships and marketing budget.
Stay informed of industry trends and midsize competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent educational experience
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing marketing teams.
Experience working in a professional services environment is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and business development strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Individual salaries within this range will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
